2021年1月11，本来是想去北大口腔医院西四分院洗一下牙。没想到医生说口腔有点问题，牙石有点多，并且影响到牙周了，牙龈也有点红肿。
需要进一步治疗牙周，除了洗牙洁治，还需要进一步龈下刮治。听着有点疼啊。
洗牙用了两次才洗完，第二次洗完还抛光了一下，嘴里充满小细沙一样的颗粒。
比较紧张的是龈下刮治，以为会非常疼，结果检查了一下。龈下还不是很严重。只需要刮治一次就可以了，也没打麻药。不是很疼，比洗牙的酸痛还要轻一些。 但费用确实不低，一次就花费1200多元， 加上两次洗牙，总共花费1500. 其中1400可以走医保 。 抛光牙齿是自费不能走医保但。
好了，到了1.29日，历经3周，终于告一段落。 下次就是过半年，7月份再去复查一下，并且洗一下牙。
最后说一下，很好保护牙齿很重要，对于健康和个人形象都是很有必要但的。
