自从12月21日开始，身体后背感觉稍微有点发热。从而开始新冠病毒感染 发烧 退烧 恢复的过程。 到今天已经7天了。 21号晚上自己独自住一屋，发烧到38.6 度。第二天早上就感觉，身体很难受了，爬不起来了。 第二天到下午，温度上升到39.6 吃退烧药，效果还是很好的 ，能很快把温度降下来。身体除了发烧 ，倒没有头疼 嗓子疼等症状。 第三天温度稍微降下来了，温度在38.6度 。还是一直躺着休息。

第四天周六，12月24日，温度下降到37度左右了，温度几本正常了。但身体同样不舒服，咳嗽 ，身体酸软无力 难受 。 一直持续到今天周二，身体还是没有完全恢复，感觉发热 出虚汗，肌肉酸痛 无力，这可能还需要几天的时间才能完全恢复健康吧。

希望能早日恢复健康 ，加强锻炼 增强体质 提高抵抗力和免疫力。
